The Chattanooga Case Management Society of America (CCMSA) would like to invite your Case Management/Social Work Alumni to participate in our 2020 Spring Conference and Expo on Friday, April 3, 2020, at The Alhambra Shrine Temple. This is an educational initiative that allows Case Managers from all aspects of care to come together as a group to network and learn about opportunities in our community to meet the needs of others.

The Case Management Society of America is the leading membership association providing professional collaboration across the healthcare continuum in an effort to advocate for patient wellbeing and improved health outcomes.

This event serves as an excellent opportunity for Case Managers/Social Workers to interact with others from various entities.  CCMSA will be offering five (5) continuing CCM education credits through engaging speakers covering the following topics:

    ·         Elder Law Planning: Avoiding the Roadblocks by Amy Boulware, Chambliss Attorneys at Law

    ·         Exploring Psychosocial Aspects of Human Trafficking as Related to Case Management by Sam Bernard, PAR Foundation

    ·         Factors Influencing Non-Adherence in High Risk Adolescents with Chronic Illness by Dr. Daniel Davidow, Medical Director, Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents

    ·         How can I help? The role of the Case Manager in Supporting the Trans Patient by Dr. Renee McLaughlin, National Medical Director, Value-Based Relationships, Cigna Healthcare

    ·         Engaging With the Chronically Homeless by Joe Brackett, Outreach Case Manager, Homeless Health Care Center
